The Finance Directorate of the Catholic University of Ghana (CUG) has been a pillar of institutional stability and growth since the University's inception. Its leadership has progressed through distinct phases aligned with CUG's development. The foundational period (2003–2007) was overseen by Mr. Agana Banga, the first Finance Officer, who established financial systems during the University’s pioneering operations and the transition to the permanent Fiapre campus. Mr. Justice R.A Ayam led from 2008 to 2018, steering the Directorate through a phase of significant expansion in student numbers, infrastructure, and academic programmes. Since 2018, Mr. Paul Kwame Yeboah has served as Director of Finance, focusing on modernising financial management, ensuring sustainability, and supporting the University's strategic goals amid continued growth. Throughout its evolution, the Directorate has ensured fiscal integrity and resource optimisation in line with CUG’s mission of providing accessible, holistic, and value-based education.
